Caribbean Executive Management

Thomas Dawson, an executive general adjuster, is regional director for Crawford’s Caribbean territory with specific responsibility for catastrophe operations.

As country manager, Alex Morgan is responsible for overseeing all Crawford claim operations in Jamaica. As a liability manager and adjuster with Crawford since 2003, he supervised the work of Crawford’s liability adjusters in Jamaica and assessed legal risks on behalf of Crawford’s clients in connection with employer, product and public liability claims. He was named country manager in 2011.

As country manager, Vernae Floyd is responsible for overseeing all Crawford claim operations in the U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John).
